Walking Safaris

"Nothing but breathing the air of Africa, and actually walking through it, can communicate the indescribable sensations"* - William Burchell (Explorer, Naturalist & Traveller)

To walk with professionally skilled and trained safari guides or park rangers in the bush is a thrill in itself. Encounter wild animals on foot, and where the skill of the guide will take you close without disturbing the animals. When on foot, your senses are heightened, your alertness increases and your awareness sharpens.

To go to places where vehicles cannot, or to climb the hill and sit on the boulders, quietly, absorbing the scenes, sights, and smells has to be experienced.

These things can only be described and understood when you have done them.

We can arrange for a short bush walk of only a couple of hours, to multi-day wilderness trails.
