charge is guaranteed to enhance the safari experience.
Unaccompanied Safaris
If unaccompanied safari travel is your thing, we can book your trip for you, taking care of booking all the lodges, and handling the logistics in advance.

Your journey begins when you fill out our intake form. This helps us understand your travel style, interests, and dream experiences. It’s a simple way to tell us what matters most to you.
3. COMPLIMENTARY CHAT
Next, we’ll schedule a complimentary chat. This is a relaxed conversation where we get to know you, answer your initial questions, and explore the possibilities for your safari. It’s your chance to dream out loud and share what excites you about Africa. After the call, we’ll send you a Commitment Fee quote, should you wish to proceed with working with us.
4. CUSTOM PROPOSAL
Based on our discussion, we create a tailor-made proposal. You’ll receive the first draft of your wildlife safari itinerary. We’ll walk you through the details, and you’ll have time to review, ask questions, and fine-tune anything. Up to three revisions are included at no cost, so you can be sure your itinerary is exactly what you want. In most cases, we can hold a provisional booking for up to two weeks while you decide, giving you space to think with no pressure.
5. SECURE PAYMENT
After confirming your itinerary, we provide a secure payment option. Your booking is fully protected, and all payments are handled safely and transparently. This gives you peace of mind while we finalize your safari plans.
